This platform is only available to individuals aged 18 and above. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited, and any such account will be terminated immediately without any refund.
Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Registering multiple accounts using the same or different information is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being permanently suspended or closed.
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. cita66 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any activity carried out through your account is considered to have been performed by you.
You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date registration information. Providing false or misleading information is a violation of these terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of any remaining balance.

User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules

Payment Information & MYR Transactions
All transactions on the cita66 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits can be made via supported local payment methods including TNG eWallet, FPX, and standard bank transfers. Users are responsible for ensuring the name on their payment account matches the name registered on their cita66 profile.
Successful deposits will be credited to your account within the timeframe set for your chosen payment method. cita66 reserves the right to decline or delay any deposit that raises fraud concerns or does not comply with our Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policy.
For withdrawals, users are required to complete an identity verification process before their first request is processed. Withdrawals can only be made to a bank account or digital wallet registered under the same name as the cita66 account. Processing times range from 1 to 24 hours depending on the method selected.
- Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are shown on the deposit page when you are logged in
- Bonus funds are subject to rollover requirements that must be met before any withdrawal can be made
- Cita66 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals until identity verification is complete
- Any fees charged by third-party financial institutions are the responsibility of the user
- Transactions suspected of fraud will be blocked and reported to the relevant authorities

Account Policy — Suspension & Closure

Should an account be closed due to a breach of terms, any remaining balance may be frozen pending investigation.
